If you use a mail client such as Outlook or Outlook Express please check out the Email Trouble Page to make sure you are using the new Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers. If you receive more than one phone bill a month from Yukon Telephone you can now combine them into one detailed bill. This will save paper and save time when paying your bills. See the TOOLBOX to request all your YTC accounts on one bill. If you would like your bill to be automatically charged to your credit card each month fill out the Auto Pay application and fax, mail, or email it to the Wasilla Office. Effective February 1, 2006 customers wishing to pay by credit card will be assessed a 3.5% 3rd Party Fee as the Credit Card Processing belongs to our affiliate company Supervisions Inc.
