Please enter your account number in the Customer ID field on the payment form. Payments made without this information may be applied to accounts incorrectly.

 

If you are paying more than one account please make note of each account # and amount to be applied to each. If you need more space than is provided in teh Custoemr ID field please use the Company Field as well. Payments made without this information may be applied to accounts inccorectly. You can also follow up your payment with an email to csr@yukontel.com to explain how to apply your payment or make payment arrangements.

 

Please note that your payment will be reflected on your Credit Card or Bank Statement as Supervision Inc.
