If you are part of a network and can not connect to the internet fist check to make sure that all of the computers on the network can not connect.  If only part of the computers on the network can not connect to the internet, this is not an internet issue, it is a networking or computer issue and needs to be looked at by your network technician.  If all of the computers on the network are unable to connect, follow the steps below to reboot your network.

Turn off all the client computers.

Turn off the Server Computer.

Turn off or unplug any routers, hubs, or other transport devices.

Unplug your power inserter from the outlet.  Your power inserter will be a small square box with a single light on top of it.  The cable from the outside antenna plugs into it.

Make sure all the wires are plugged securely into the power inserter, any router or transport device, and to the Ethernet port on the back of your computers.

Plug the Power Inserter back in.

Turn on or plug in your router or other transport device.

Turn the server computer back on.

Turn on the client computers.

Wait a couple of minutes for everything to fully reboot before trying to connect to the internet.
